143.

During 2006, Dr. Manmohan Singh visited Japan and gave a speech at Diet, the Japanese parliament. He declared 2007 as the Year of India-Japan friendship and the year of India-Japan tourism exchange. He made a mention to some of the entertainment and food aspects that binds both the nations together. An excerpt from his speech follows:

"The friendship between people is the cornerstone of any strategic partnership. I am delighted to hear of the popularity of ---------- among young people here. Our children were delighted to see your own "Odru Asimo" - the dancing robot! Believe the number of Indian restaurants in Japan has increased phenomenally.

Tempura and Sushi are becoming really popular among Indians."

Come to the question now.

Who is being referred to in Dr. Manmohan Singh’s speech?
