Al Munajid was a former diplomat who once served in the Saudi embassy in Washington. In 2008, he issued a Faria (an Islamic Warning) against X.

Islamic law, he said, sees Y as "a repulsive, corrupting creature" while children today see Y as loveable and "awesome" because of X.

"X has become an awesome character, even though according to Islamic law, X should be killed in all cases," Al-Munajid says in this Faria.

He further says that "The sharia refers to Y as 'little corrupter,' and says it is permissible to kill it in all cases. It says that Y set fire to the house, and are steered by Satan. The X is one of Satan's soldiers"
