they r ta;lking about the trophy of ipl 4 in which there is a saying when talent meets oppurunity...thats wat dey r refering to
its abt the new trophy and its inscription "where talent meets opportunity"(in sanskrit though!!!)
The answer I was looking for was the inscription "Yatra prathiba Avsara Prabnothi"(Where talent meets opportunity)
